Our Mission
The mission of the InterCongregational Collaborative Novitiate (ICCN) is to provide a quality novitiate experience with peers from multiple congregations.
The program supports ongoing discernment through a
holistic, mentoring environment. ICCN nurtures spiritual, relational, intellectual and intercultural growth, fosters congregational charisms and the charism of religious life and prepares novices for vowed apostolic religious life.
